How your funds support community cycling:

  • $35 buys 5 bicycle helmets for needy kids
  • $50 buys bike safety curriculum materials for 3 elementary school teachers
  • $125 buys a bicycle camp scholarship for one child
  • $250 provides one day of technical review of transportation plans
  • $500 or more supports our efforts to educate politicians and transportation planners about bicycle-friendly policies and facilities.
  • $1000 helps us run 5 "Tips for Riding in Traffic" courses for groups of adults
  • $2500 establishes "Safe Routes to Schools" programs in two elementary or middle schools and supports their participation in "Bike to Work/School Day"
  • $5000 allows us to partially support the "Basics of Bicycling" bike safety education curriculum in one district, for one year.
  • Donations of any size support our efforts to educate politicians and transportation planners about bicycle-friendly facilities and needed infrastructure.
